We have a fully built operational web dashboard for a window and door service company built in React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS (exported from Bolt.new). The core dashboard, claims tracker, pricing, and inventory tabs are 100% complete. We need an experienced React developer to handle one specific missing feature: setting up a live employee-to-employee messaging system with @mention capabilities. Key Deliverables: Integrate a real-time messaging tab using either Supabase Realtime or a pre-built React chat SDK (Stream Chat or Sendbird). Implement @mention functionality so typing @ pulls up active users from our existing user list. Ensure unread message badges update in real-time without requiring a page refresh.
