Job Description – Developer / Team Lead (Java Full Stack) Primary Skills: Java, Maven, Spring Boot, Microservices, React, AWS Position: Developer + Team Lead Experience: 7–9 Years Location: Pune / Chennai Job Summary We are looking for a hands-on Developer / Team Lead with strong expertise in Java Full Stack development and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers while actively contributing to the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and modern web technologies. Drive technical discussions, solution design, and architecture decisions. Develop and consume RESTful APIs and Microservices. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and product owners to deliver business solutions. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices. Support CI/CD implementation, deployment activities, and production releases. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. Required Technical Skills Backend Java 8/11/17 Spring Boot Microservices Architecture Maven REST APIs Frontend React.js JavaScript / TypeScript HTML5, CSS3 Cloud & DevOps AWS Cloud Services CI/CD Pipelines Git Version Control Docker/Kubernetes (Preferred) Database SQL Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) Understanding of NoSQL databases is a plus Leadership Requirements Experience leading development teams and managing project deliverables. Ability to provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to team members. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Ability to drive technical excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Banking and Financial Services domain is an advantage. Exposure to cloud-native application development on AWS. Experience in enterprise application architecture and design patterns. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
