🚀 We’re Hiring: Frontend Engineer — React / Next.js / React Native 📍 Location: Remote 💼 Experience: 0–2 Years 🧑‍💻 Role: Frontend Engineer ⚡ Type: Full-Time We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer who enjoys building real products, solving practical problems, and shipping polished experiences across web and mobile applications. You’ll work closely with the product, design, and backend teams to take features from an idea or design all the way to production. What You’ll Work On You’ll contribute to both our web applications and mobile applications, working primarily with: React Next.js React Native JavaScript / TypeScript REST APIs Modern frontend tooling What You’ll Be Responsible For Build responsive and scalable interfaces using React and Next.js Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native Build reusable components and maintain clean frontend architecture Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs Handle authentication, API states, loading states, errors, and asynchronous workflows Implement effective state management Build responsive interfaces across desktop, tablet, and mobile Optimize frontend performance and user experience Debug issues across development and production environments Work with real-time data and live updates where required Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product stakeholders Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality Take ownership of features from development through deployment Required Skills We’re looking for someone comfortable with: ✅ JavaScript (ES6+) ✅ React.js ✅ React Hooks and component architecture ✅ Next.js and its routing fundamentals ✅ React Native ✅ REST API integration ✅ HTML5 and modern CSS ✅ Responsive web design ✅ Git and GitHub ✅ Debugging frontend applications ✅ Understanding how frontend and backend systems communicate You don’t need to know everything perfectly, but you should have strong fundamentals and be comfortable learning while building. Good to Have These are not mandatory, but they’ll definitely help: TypeScript Tailwind CSS Redux / Redux Toolkit / Zustand React Query / TanStack Query WebSockets / Socket.IO Authentication flows using access and refresh tokens Jest / React Testing Library Next.js Server Components SSR / SSG concepts Expo Push notifications Performance optimization Vercel or similar deployment platforms App Store / Play Store deployment experience What We Care About We care more about what you can build and understand than certificates or buzzwords. We’re looking for someone who: Can turn designs into functional products Writes readable and maintainable code Understands why their code works instead of blindly copying solutions Can debug problems independently Takes ownership of assigned features Communicates clearly when blocked Is comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment Can learn unfamiliar technologies when required Pays attention to both functionality and user experience Who Should Apply? This role is suitable for: Freshers with strong projects and frontend fundamentals Developers with 0–2 years of professional experience Self-taught developers with strong practical experience Engineers who have built and deployed real React / Next.js / React Native projects A degree is not the only thing we evaluate. Your projects, technical understanding, problem-solving ability, and ability to build matter significantly.
