Job Summary We're looking for a Founding Full Stack Developer to join our core engineering team. This is an opportunity to work closely with the founding team and play a key role in building scalable web applications, AI-powered products, and internal platforms from the ground up. While this role is primarily focused on frontend development using React.js and Next.js, you'll also contribute to backend development and collaborate across the full application stack. The ideal candidate is a self-driven engineer who enjoys building products end-to-end, embraces modern AI development workflows, and takes ownership from idea to deployment. Key Responsibilities • Develop modern web applications using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. • Build responsive, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces. • Develop reusable components and maintain clean, scalable architecture. • Collaborate on backend development using Node.js, Express.js, or similar technologies. • Design, integrate, and consume REST APIs and third-party services. • Build and integrate AI-powered features into web applications. • Utilize AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and overall productivity. • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality products. • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability. • Stay updated with emerging technologies, AI frameworks, and modern development practices. Required Skills & Qualifications • 2+ years of professional experience in software development. • Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js. • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. • Working knowledge of backend development using Node.js, Express.js, or similar technologies. • Understanding of REST APIs, databases, authentication, and modern web architecture. • Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows. • Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Cline, Roo Code, or similar AI coding assistants. • Working knowledge of AI application development, including LLM integrations, AI agents, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), and AI APIs. • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines. • Experience building SaaS platforms, dashboards, or AI-powered applications. • Understanding of scalable software architecture and security best practices. • Passion for learning emerging technologies and AI innovations.
