About the Role: We are looking for a Front End Developer to build and Lead frontend feature development and architectural decisions. Design scalable solutions, optimize performance, and mentor junior engineers. You will play a key role in designing unique experiences for the end users. Required Skills & Experience: 3–6 years of production experience with React and TypeScript Strong understanding of frontend architecture patterns and state management Experience designing and building scalable, reusable component-based applications Strong knowledge of web performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, and frontend build tooling Solid understanding of databases (MSSQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL) and query optimization Proven ability to lead features and collaborate cross-functionally Exposure to backend API architecture and willing to use AI assisted tools to build backend Key Responsibilities Lead feature development from design to deployment, develop components required to scale Make architectural decisions for frontend applications Optimize Core Web Vitals and frontend performance at scale Drive adoption of best practices across the frontend codebase Maintain high standards of code quality, unit testing, and documentation Use product thinking mindset with to solve business and tech problems Monitor systems, debug production issues, and ensure uptime of critical services Work closely with product, frontend, & data teams to deliver seamless user experiences Proven ownership of features from design to deployment Identify and address technical debt while maintaining a healthy codebase Mentor junior engineers and drive code quality standards Leverage AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code to accelerate development workflows Good to Have Experience in fintech / wealth management / mutual funds domain Experience with Next.js App Router and server components Familiarity with design systems and component libraries Track record of mentoring or leading small teams Understanding of compliance, KYC, and regulatory requirements Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, ELK) Why Join Us Work on high-impact systems managing real customer investments Opportunity to solve complex fintech problems at scale Ownership of critical flows directly impacting revenue and AUM Collaborative environment with product, data, and advisory teams
