Front End Development - Internship (WFH)

About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Work on the HelloGrowthCRM website (Next.js + React + Node.js) - fix UI bugs, broken layouts, and responsiveness issues across mobile, tablet, and desktop 2. Improve page speed and Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) by optimising images, fonts, bundle size, and rendering strategy 3. Implement on-page SEO - meta titles and descriptions, heading structure, internal linking, image alt text, sitemap, robots.txt, and schema/structured data 4. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to research competitors, keywords, and UI/UX patterns, and convert that research into concrete changes on the website 5. Build clean, reusable, responsive components using React, Tailwind CSS, and modern JavaScript 6. Track rankings and traffic in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and PageSpeed Insights, and share a short weekly report on what improved 7. Use Git/GitHub for version control and raise clear, well-described pull requests Note: This is a full-time remote internship of approximately 35 hours a week.
