About QBYSS QBYSS is a UK-based power conversion technology company on a mission to replace legacy power architectures with programmable, software-defined solutions. Our patented technologies combine advanced power electronics with QBYSS Digital Power software for real-time control. We’re developing compact, highly efficient and reliable power solutions that use fewer components, reduce wasted electricity and help extend product lifespans. From everyday lighting to data centres, electric vehicles and demanding industrial applications, our ambition is to help power an increasingly electrified world with less energy waste and a smaller environmental footprint. About the role Create clear, responsive interfaces for QBYSS’s website and internal web tools. What you’ll do · Build responsive pages and reusable interface components. · Connect interfaces to APIs and handle loading, empty and error states. · Improve accessibility, browser compatibility and page performance. · Investigate interface bugs and incorporate user feedback. · Use version control and document changes for review and release. What we’re looking for · Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript or TypeScript. · Experience with a modern frontend framework demonstrated through projects. · Understanding of responsive design, API integration and basic accessibility. · Attention to detail and ability to collaborate with designers and developers. Useful but not essential · Experience with React, automated UI tests or design systems. · A portfolio of deployed websites or web applications.
