Frontend Engineer A high-growth, VC-backed SaaS company hiring its founding India team Location: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad — or Remote (India) About the Company A venture-backed SaaS company is building out its founding engineering team in India and has partnered with Flexiple to hire frontend engineers who can own product surface end to end. You will work directly with founders and early customers, shaping the interface layer of a product still finding its final shape. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India. Role Overview As a Frontend Engineer, you will build and ship user-facing features across the product, working closely with design and backend engineers to move fast without breaking the experience for early customers. Key Responsibilities Product Development Build responsive, accessible interfaces using React or a similar modern framework Translate product specs and design mockups into production-ready components Own features from prototype through release, iterating on customer feedback Quality & Performance Write clean, tested, maintainable code and review teammates' pull requests Optimise page load, rendering, and bundle size for a snappy product feel Ideal Candidate Profile 2 to 6 years building production frontend applications Strong command of JavaScript or TypeScript, React, and modern CSS Comfort working in a small team with shifting priorities and few processes Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup Preferred Qualifications Experience shipping a product from near-zero to real customer usage Familiarity with component libraries, design systems, or Figma handoff Exposure to a startup or other high-ambiguity environment What We Offer A founding engineering seat with a fast-growing SaaS company Remote-friendly, pan-India hiring with long-term placement Direct ownership of product surface and a voice in technical decisions One application considered for this and future matched roles Hiring Process HR Screening → Technical Assignment → Live Coding Round → Culture Fit
