Xuman.AI is hiring a Frontend Engineer. Remote. Immediate joiners only. Xuman.AI is an operating system that turns content into instant booking, designed for human-led services. On the surface, it collapses fragmented workflows into one system. Underneath, we are building something far deeper: The Human Experience Engine, our Persona Compatibility layer. This engine matches the right person with the right fit at the right time, based on who they are, what they want, and how they connect. The founder's vision is to layer cognitive science into human persona compatibility, leading to hyper-personalized, real-time human connections. Xuman.AI is the productization of the founder's previous bootstrapped venture: ideation, market research, pilots, MVP, and a technical foundation built to scale. The product is built and live on both app stores. We are past the building phase and into distribution: getting it in front of real users and turning it into a repeatable business. What you'll own: - The web surfaces where people discover, book, and pay - The provider's dashboard: their business at a glance, their next action in reach - Conversion work: every step where someone drops off, found and fixed - Speed, accessibility and design fidelity, in light theme and dark Must have: - Production React with TypeScript, shipped to real users Script, shipped to real users - Next.js in production: routing, rendering choices, and why you made them - CSS that holds up: Tailwind or equivalent, responsive down to a small phone - You can take a design and improve it, not just implement it - 2 to 5 years of experience across startups and corporate, internships count - You use AI tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) daily to write, debug, and ship faster. Strong plus: - Conversion or funnel work you can point to, with the numbers - Design-system discipline and component APIs others build on - Core Web Vitals: you have made a slow app fast and can say how - Accessibility beyond a Lighthouse score - Animation and interaction polish that does not cost performance Compensation is discussed directly in our conversation, not in a post.
