Job Description: Full Stack Developer – Node.js & React.js Company: iTensia Location: Pune Number of Positions: 4 Experience: 4+ years Employment Type: Full-time, long-term Joining Preference: Immediate joiners preferred About the Role iTensia is hiring four Full Stack Developers with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js to develop and maintain scalable web applications. Candidates should have hands-on experience in frontend and backend development and be comfortable owning features from development through deployment. Key Responsibilities • Develop responsive web interfaces using React.js. • Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js. • Integrate applications with databases and third-party APIs. • Implement secure authentication and authorisation. • Troubleshoot issues and optimise application performance. • Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews. • Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and project teams. • Support testing, deployment, and application maintenance. Required Skills • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in full stack development. • Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, React.js, and Express.js. • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design. • Experience with React Hooks and Redux or Context API. • Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs. • Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. • Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows. • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills. Good to Have • Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or NestJS. • Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. • Experience with automated testing and Agile development.
