Kavya Travel Company, in partnership with Stellar Serve Business Solutions, is looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer who can help build, integrate, improve, and support the platform across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, CRM, payments, and production systems. This is a product-development role, not a narrow frontend or backend position. The developer will work on the actual customer booking journey as well as the internal systems used by sales, reservations, customer service, and operations teams. The platform will connect multiple travel suppliers and business systems, so strong API integration and troubleshooting ability is important. We are primarily looking for a mid-experience developer with approximately 2-6 years of real full stack development experience. The person should be capable of owning meaningful features, understanding how different parts of the application connect, and helping us build a stable and scalable OTA platform. Key Responsibilities Full Stack OTA Product Development • Develop complete product features across database, backend services, APIs, and Angular frontend screens • Build and improve customer-facing travel search, selection, booking, checkout, payment, confirmation, and post-booking workflows • Develop internal tools used by sales, reservations, customer service, operations, and management teams • Convert business requirements and UI designs into stable production features • Maintain existing functionality while adding new modules as the OTA platform expands • Troubleshoot issues that may involve frontend code, backend services, databases, supplier APIs, payment systems, or CRM workflows Backend Development - C# / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core • Develop REST APIs and backend services using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core • Build business logic for travel search, pricing, booking, customer, payment, confirmation, and post-booking functions • Use organized MVC / service-layer architecture and Entity Framework Core where appropriate • Implement authentication, authorization, role-based access, and secure API access including JWT-based authentication • Build proper validation, error handling, logging, and audit trails so production booking and payment issues can be traced • Optimize backend services and investigate performance or reliability problems Frontend Development - Angular / TypeScript • Develop Angular applications using TypeScript, reusable components, services, forms, routing, and responsive layouts • Build flight or travel search screens, filters, product selection, traveler-detail forms, checkout, and confirmation pages • Consume backend APIs and correctly handle loading states, validation, errors, and changing API responses • Work with the designer to convert approved UI concepts into functional customer-facing screens • Build CRM and internal operational screens for employees managing customers, bookings, payments, and service requests • Troubleshoot frontend production issues and improve performance across desktop and mobile devices Travel APIs, GDS & Third-Party Integrations • Integrate flight, airline, GDS, consolidator, aggregator, or other travel supplier APIs • Work with REST APIs and, where required, SOAP/XML services and large JSON/XML responses • Normalize supplier data into a consistent internal structure that can be used by the website and CRM • Handle availability, schedules, fares, fare rules, pricing changes, booking responses, confirmation data, and supplier errors • Build safeguards for API timeouts, failed responses, duplicate requests, missing data, and other integration problems • Maintain supplier request/response logs so live booking issues can be investigated efficiently OTA Booking Flow & Transaction Logic • Develop the end-to-end journey from search and availability through traveler details, payment, booking creation, and confirmation • Ensure booking and payment status remains accurate when a transaction passes through multiple internal and external systems • Support customer account, booking history, confirmation, change, cancellation, refund, or service-request workflows where applicable • Prevent duplicate booking or duplicate payment actions caused by repeated requests, retries, or failed responses • Design workflows that clearly distinguish successful, failed, pending, incomplete, and cancelled transactions Database Development - SQL Server & MongoDB • Design and maintain SQL Server tables and relationships for customers, bookings, payments, application settings, and operational records • Write and optimize queries, stored procedures, indexes, and database objects as required • Use Entity Framework Core for application data access where appropriate • Use MongoDB for API responses, logs, search data, or other document-oriented data where useful • Protect data integrity when multiple systems update the same booking or transaction and investigate database-related performance issues CRM & Internal Operations Systems • Develop or integrate CRM functionality used by sales, customer service, reservations, and operations teams • Create customer profiles and consolidated booking views showing booking status, payment status, supplier details, notes, and activity history • Build employee workflows for service requests, booking changes, cancellations, refunds, follow-up activity, and internal notes • Implement user roles and access controls so employees see only the functions relevant to their responsibilities • Connect website leads, customer data, booking records, payment information, and operational workflows with internal systems Payment Gateway Integration • Integrate payment gateway APIs into customer checkout and internal payment workflows • Handle authorization, success, decline, error, pending, callback, and webhook responses correctly • Ensure every payment result is linked to the correct customer and booking record • Maintain sufficient transaction logs for investigating payment and booking discrepancies • Follow secure development practices and avoid unnecessary storage or exposure of sensitive payment information Production Deployment & Technical Support • Deploy and maintain application changes across development, testing, and production environments • Investigate live issues using application logs, supplier responses, database records, and frontend/backend behavior • Fix defects without unnecessarily disrupting existing booking, customer, or payment workflows • Participate in code reviews, testing, release planning, technical documentation, and production support • Work with Azure or comparable cloud environments and contribute to CI/CD, caching, monitoring, or deployment improvements as the platform grows Required Technical Skills • C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and REST API development • Angular and TypeScript with practical frontend development experience • SQL Server and Entity Framework Core • MongoDB or comparable document-database experience • Third-party API integration and debugging of complex API responses • Authentication and authorization, including JWT or comparable secure access methods • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive web development, and Git/source-control workflows • Strong debugging ability across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases Required Skills & Experience • Approximately 2-6 years of real full stack application development experience • Hands-on experience building production web applications using .NET and Angular or a closely comparable full stack environment • Experience creating and consuming REST APIs and integrating external third-party systems • Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server and handling production data safely • Experience working across both frontend and backend layers within the same product or project • Experience deploying, debugging, and maintaining applications after release • Strong problem-solving ability and the confidence to investigate issues independently • Good written and spoken English communication and ability to work onsite in Noida during the required shift Good to Have • Previous OTA, travel portal, airline booking, hotel booking, e-commerce, fintech, or other transaction-heavy platform experience • Experience integrating Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport, airline NDC, consolidator, or similar travel APIs • Understanding of travel booking concepts such as PNRs, fare rules, ticketing, cancellations, and refunds • Azure cloud deployment experience, Redis/caching, CI/CD pipelines, or release automation • Experience integrating payment gateways and handling transaction reconciliation or callback/webhook flows • Experience building CRM, internal operations, or employee workflow systems Ideal Candidate • Has 2-6 years of hands-on full stack development experience and is genuinely comfortable with both .NET backend and Angular frontend development • Has built API-heavy production applications and can integrate and troubleshoot complex third-party systems • Understands that an OTA is a transaction workflow connecting search, booking, payment, supplier, customer, and internal operational systems - not simply a content website • Can help develop both customer-facing booking features and CRM / internal operational functionality • Can investigate production problems across multiple application layers and take increasing ownership as the OTA platform grows
