Full Stack Developer - Python and React

About the Role We are looking for a talented and driven Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. You will work on building and scaling product features across the full stack — designing robust backend services in Python and delivering polished, responsive front-end experiences with React. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, takes ownership of their work, and can operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask) Build and enhance responsive front-end features using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+) Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into clean, maintainable code Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and architectural issues across the stack Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and sprint planning Write unit and integration tests to ensure high code quality and reliability Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes What We're Looking For Must-Have 5–7 years of hands-on software development experience Strong proficiency in Python and at least one major framework (Django, FastAPI, or Flask) Solid experience with React.js and JavaScript/ES6+; comfortable with state management (Redux, Context API, or similar) Demonstrated ability to design and consume RESTful APIs Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) Strong problem-solving skills — you approach ambiguous challenges methodically and find elegant solutions Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows Nice to Have Experience with TypeScript Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Familiarity with Docker and containerised development environments Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Skills & Attributes Analytical thinker who can break down complex problems into practical solutions Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate technical decisions clearly Self-motivated and comfortable working with minimal supervision Detail-oriented with a commitment to writing clean, well-documented code Team player who values knowledge sharing and continuous learning Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) What We Offer Competitive compensation aligned with market standards Flexible working arrangements (remote-friendly) Opportunity to work on meaningful, high-impact products Collaborative and inclusive team culture Learning & development support
