Full Stack Developer – React Native & PHP

We’re Hiring: Full Stack Developer – React Native & PHP 📍 Location: Bestech Business Towers, Mohali 💼 Full-time | On-site At SchoolPad, we’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer who can contribute across our mobile and web applications and help us continue building reliable, scalable and easy-to-use products for schools. Our focus is to continuously improve and modernise our applications to deliver a fast, seamless and dependable experience for school leaders, teachers, parents and students. What You’ll Work On • Build and improve features across our mobile and web applications • Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native • Work with REST APIs and backend systems • Handle integrations such as push notifications, file uploads, camera/gallery access and authentication • Improve application performance, reliability and user experience • Debug and solve production issues across frontend and backend systems • Contribute to our PHP-based web application • Work closely with product and design teams to convert real-world requirements into simple and effective solutions What We’re Looking For • Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience, with hands-on experience building React Native mobile applications and working with PHP • Strong hands-on experience with React and React Native • Strong JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals • Experience building and maintaining production mobile applications • Good understanding of Android and iOS application development • Experience working with REST APIs • Good knowledge of PHP and MySQL • Experience with CodeIgniter and/or Laravel • Good understanding of HTML and CSS • Comfortable working with Git and existing production codebases • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills AI-Assisted Development We believe modern developers need to be strong problem solvers, not just good at writing code. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable using tools such as Claude Code, Codex or other AI coding assistants as part of their everyday development workflow—to understand existing codebases, solve problems, debug issues and build faster. At the same time, you should be able to understand, review and take ownership of the code you ship.
