Full-Stack Engineer – .NET + React / Next.js + TypeScript Job ID: QTVIS10115 Experience: 5+ Years Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Employment Type: Full-Time Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only 📌 Job Summary Qloron Technology is looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer – Portals & Identity to take technical ownership of customer-facing portals, lead identity provider migration, and drive ongoing product development. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, .NET/C#, Azure, and identity protocols such as OIDC/OAuth2. Experience leading an identity provider migration and coordinating developers is essential. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Lead migration from the existing IdentityServer-based identity provider to a suitable solution such as Microsoft Entra External ID, Duende, or OpenIddict. Design and implement OIDC/OAuth2 authentication flows, including authorization code with PKCE, refresh tokens, logout, and session management. Implement external identity federation, customer login, MFA/passwordless authentication, impersonation, and email verification. Ensure security compliance through threat modelling, OWASP practices, secure secrets management, and GDPR/consent requirements. Own portal development, production incidents, hotfixes, performance optimization, and security improvements. Drive technical priorities with business stakeholders and align solutions with enterprise architecture. Guide external developers, review pull requests, and maintain coding and architectural standards. Support vendor handover, technical documentation, deployment pipelines, and operational runbooks. Deliver through DTAP environments with build-once practices, pull request reviews, and branch deployments. 🔹 Required Technical Skills Frontend Development Strong experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Next.js App Router, SSR/ISR, and headless CMS integration, particularly Contentful. Tailwind CSS, accessibility, and public website performance optimization. Identity & Security Strong knowledge of OIDC, OAuth2, and SAML. Proven experience leading at least one identity provider migration from IdentityServer to Entra External ID, Duende, OpenIddict, or a comparable solution. Experience with identity federation, external customer authentication, session/token management, Entra ID, and Microsoft.Identity.Web. Knowledge of OWASP, least-privilege access, secure secrets management, and GDPR requirements. Backend Development Strong hands-on experience with .NET, C#, and ASP.NET Core. Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architecture. Experience with Azure Service Bus, Cosmos DB, MediatR, and FluentValidation. Azure & DevOps Experience with Azure App Service, API Management (APIM), Key Vault, and Managed Identity. Familiarity with Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Application Insights. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, monitoring, and production support. Technical Leadership Experience leading or coordinating a small development team or external vendor. Ability to explain architectural decisions, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering standards. Strong ownership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. 🔹 Good to Have Mortgage, banking, or financial services domain experience. Experience in regulated environments involving AFM/DNB requirements. Monorepo experience and Contentful CMS. SonarCloud, CodeQL, Playwright, and end-to-end regression testing. ArchiMate, Enterprise Architecture, or BlueDolphin experience. 👤 Ideal Candidate Takes initiative and ownership of portal and identity solutions.
