Full Stack Engineer - Node.js, NestJS, React, TypeScript | SaaS Ahmedabad, Gujarat · Hybrid · Full-time · ₹10–17 LPA Typically 3–5 years of relevant experience. We currently work remotely and plan to open an Ahmedabad office and move to hybrid working. You must be able to work from Ahmedabad when the office opens. Build a multi-tenant SaaS platform powering tens of thousands of prescriptions Script Assist powers tens of thousands of prescriptions every month across UK private healthcare. Our B2B SaaS platform connects clinics, prescribers and pharmacies, supporting multiple medication types and the complex processes involved in prescribing, dispensing and getting treatment to patients. We are hiring a Full Stack Engineer / Full Stack Developer with strong Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript and React.js experience to build backend services and frontend features across this live healthcare platform. Clinical approvals, patient records, orders, payments, inventory, dispensing and fulfilment all connect. Multiple business customers use the same platform, with different roles, permissions, configurations and workflows. Your work will help these processes run reliably together. What you will build • Node.js, NestJS and TypeScript backend services: develop REST APIs, business logic, validation and integrations. • React.js product features: build and maintain frontend applications supporting complex user journeys and operational workflows. • Multi-tenant SaaS functionality: implement tenant-aware data access, tenant isolation, roles and permissions, and customer-specific configuration. • Connected business workflows: develop approvals, order lifecycle, payments and inventory logic, handling state changes, exceptions and failures. • Reliable production changes: work with data models, background jobs and asynchronous processing; write tests, review code and support releases and fixes. The experience we are looking for • Typically 3–5 years of software development experience, including at least 3 years of production Node.js and 2 years each of NestJS, TypeScript and React.js. • Hands-on backend development on a B2B SaaS product or multi-tenant software platform serving multiple business customers. • Personal experience implementing multi-tenancy, including tenant-specific data access, permissions or configuration. • Experience building backend business logic for workflows with multiple steps, rules and exceptions - for example, approvals, payments, orders, inventory or scheduling. • Ability to understand existing code, trace how a change affects connected functionality and explain your own implementation decisions. • Clear communication and responsibility for testing, releasing and improving the work you deliver. AI is part of how we engineer We want engineers who use AI coding tools regularly for substantial development work: understanding a codebase, planning an implementation, writing and refactoring code, generating tests and debugging problems. You should be able to explain how you give AI the right context, review its suggestions and verify the result. In the interview, we will ask you to walk through a recent AI-assisted change you delivered. Useful additional experience SQL or NoSQL databases; API integrations; queues and event-driven systems; automated testing; Docker; CI/CD; logging and monitoring; GCP or AWS. Experience with enterprise SaaS, workflow automation, healthcare software, inventory management, payments, logistics, ERP or CRM products is particularly relevant.
