Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam for a Full Stack Engineer (3 to 4 year exp ) specializing in .NET, React, JavaScript, and Python. The engineer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications, including building robust backend services and APIs, and implementing responsive, user-centric interfaces. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, integrating frontend and backend components, optimizing performance, and collaborating with product, design, and data teams to deliver new features. The role also involves troubleshooting and debugging issues, contributing to architectural decisions, and participating in code reviews and continuous improvement of development practices. The engineer will work closely with the AI and analytics teams to integrate platform capabilities into scalable, secure solutions. Qualifications Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, including experience with .NET and Python. Proficiency in Front-End Development using React, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). Experience in Full-Stack Development, integrating frontend and backend services into cohesive applications. Solid understanding of web application architecture, RESTful APIs, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL). Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows. Knowledge of secure coding practices, performance optimization, and scalable system design. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
