Learn more at: www.anckr.com Location Remote – Work from Anywhere Core working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST Flexibility required to adjust based on U.S. client needs (EST/CST time zones) Job Summary As a Fullstack AI Developer (IC-4), you will independently deliver end-to-end projects using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and Replit while maintaining strong control over architecture, performance, and security. You’ll own client deliverables from design to deployment and help shape the way ANCKR integrates retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI workflows, and automation into our fullstack builds. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of fullstack engineering and AI innovation, comfortable working across multiple frameworks while driving quality and efficiency in AI-assisted builds. Responsibilities • Deliver end-to-end applications (web + mobile) independently using AI-assisted workflows. • Translate product and UX requirements into clean, maintainable architecture before generating code. • Implement RAG pipelines and AI features with support from staff/lead engineers. • Review, refine, and optimize AI-generated code for performance, reliability, and security. • Ensure cross-browser, responsive, and mobile-friendly execution. • Configure and manage data models, APIs, and third-party integrations. • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and AI-assisted development playbooks. • Own delivery accountability on projects. • Drive knowledge sharing through documentation, workshops, and best practices. Requirements Must-Have • 4–6 years of professional fullstack development experience. • Proven ability to design and deliver large-scale applications independently. • Advanced expertise with AI-assisted development workflows (Cursor IDE or similar). • Knowledge of retrieval pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and LLM integrations. • Familiarity with multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.). • Proficiency with React/Next.js, Node.js, Supabase/PostgreSQL, and Flutter or React Native. • API, data model, and scalable integration design. • DevOps experience (Docker, CI/CD, Vercel, cloud deployment). • Ability to review AI-generated code for security, performance, and maintainability. • Excellent communication and leadership skills in remote-first teams. Nice-to-Have • Open-source AI framework contributions. • Experience with Supabase, Tailwind, ShadCN, and CI/CD workflows. • Exposure to MLOps pipelines and model fine-tuning. • Agency or high-velocity product experience.
