Full Stack Developer (Python + React) – Pune Experience: 5–10 Years Domain Preference: HealthTech, SaaS, Cloud-Based Products We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to contribute to the development and enhancement of a cloud-based healthcare platform. The role requires expertise in both backend and frontend technologies, with a focus on building scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend services using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework. Build responsive user interfaces using React.js and modern frontend practices. Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs for web applications. Convert business requirements into reliable and scalable technical solutions. Optimize application performance, scalability, and system reliability. Collaborate with DevOps teams for cloud deployments and CI/CD processes. Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical discussions. Implement secure coding practices and ensure data privacy compliance. Required Skills 5+ years of full-stack development experience. Strong proficiency in Python, Django, React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL, Git, and software design principles. Hands-on experience building and consuming REST APIs. Preferred Skills AWS, Docker, Microservices, Redux/React Query. Exposure to healthcare applications, EMR/EHR systems, or HL7/FHIR standards. Experience working in Agile development environments.
