Job Title: MERN Stack Intern (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) Company: Medinex Workforce Location: India Workplace Type: Remote Employment Type: Full-time internship Duration: 1 to 3 months Stipend: INR 18,000 per month Why this role exists Medinex Workforce builds its own tools: a candidate portal, a recruiter dashboard, client requirement forms and internal trackers. Each one needs a screen people can use, an API behind it and a database that stores the data correctly. As a MERN Stack Intern, you will build features from end to end, from the button a candidate clicks to the record saved in the database. You will see how the front end, back end and database work together, and how to fix things when they stop doing so. Your day-to-day - Build responsive screens in React using HTML, CSS and JavaScript - Create backend APIs and server logic using Node.js and Express - Design, store and query data in MongoDB - Connect front-end screens to backend services and show live data - Add login, form validation and basic security to features - Test each feature from start to finish and fix bugs across the stack - Use Git and GitHub for version control and walk through your work in code reviews - Share progress in daily check-ins and a weekly review You are a good fit if - Your JavaScript fundamentals are solid - You have basic React knowledge (components, props, state, hooks) - You understand Node.js and how REST APIs work - You have a basic idea of databases, MongoDB or SQL - You have built a small full stack project, even a simple one - You have a laptop and a stable internet connection for full-time remote work Nice to have, not required - Familiarity with Git and Postman - Experience deploying a project on a platform such as Vercel, Render or Netlify - A GitHub profile, portfolio or live project Who can apply - Final-year students and recent graduates from B.Tech, B.E., BCA, B.Sc (CS/IT), MCA, diploma programs or related streams - Self-taught developers who can show their skills through a GitHub profile, portfolio or live project - Freshers are welcome, and prior work experience is not required - You must be available to work full-time for the internship period What you get - Experience of building complete features from front end to database - Code reviews and guidance from experienced developers - Full stack projects you can show in future interviews - Internship completion certificate - The freedom to work from your own city anywhere in India Working schedule Full-time, Monday to Saturday or as assigned by your reporting manager, with daily check-ins and a weekly review.
