Role Description The React Native Developer will work full time on-site in Madhuravoyal, collaborating with designers, product managers, and backend developers to build and maintain mobile applications. Daily responsibilities include implementing new features in React Native, optimizing app performance, fixing bugs, and ensuring consistent UI/UX across platforms. The role also involves integrating APIs, writing clean and testable code, participating in code reviews, and contributing to technical decisions and best practices. The developer will be expected to document work clearly, support release processes, and engage in regular team meetings to align on project goals. Qualifications Strong proficiency in React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript, including building and deploying cross-platform mobile applications. Experience integrating RESTful APIs, working with JSON data, and collaborating with backend services. Knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles, responsive layouts, and component-based design. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows. Understanding of mobile performance optimization, debugging tools, and testing frameworks. Ability to work on-site in Madhuravoyal, collaborate effectively in a team, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience with Android/iOS native development, app store deployment, or prior work in a product-based environment is a plus.
