React + Node Lead

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions and will be responsible for leading development projects from conception to deployment. This role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, as well as the ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and other modern technologies. Lead the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support. Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy of the organization. Mandatory Skills: 15+ years of experience in Full Stack Development. Expertise in React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, etc.). Strong proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, and databases (SQL/NoSQL). Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Proficient in version control systems, particularly Git. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in leading development teams and managing complex projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
