SaaS / Full-Stack Developer

Job Type: Full-Time Location: Remote Experience: 12+ Years Department: Technology / Software Development Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SaaS / Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications and cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Python, TypeScript, and Go (Golang) and should be comfortable working across backend development, APIs, databases, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and scalable software architecture. This role requires a strong understanding of modern software development practices and the ability to build reliable, maintainable, and high-performance SaaS products. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable SaaS applications. • Develop backend services, APIs, business logic, and integrations. • Write production-quality code using Python, TypeScript, and Go. • Design and implement scalable software architectures. • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. • Work with relational and NoSQL databases. • Build cloud-native applications and services. • Develop secure and reliable backend systems. • Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and production problems. • Optimize applications for scalability, reliability, and performance. • Work closely with frontend developers, mobile developers, DevOps engineers, QA teams, and product managers. • Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and code reviews. • Maintain technical documentation and development standards. • Follow Git-based development and modern CI/CD practices. Required SkillsProgramming Languages • Python – Required • TypeScript – Required • Go / Golang – Required Candidates should have practical, production-level experience with all three languages. Backend & Full-Stack Development • Strong backend development experience. • Experience developing REST APIs and web services. • Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns. • Experience with authentication, authorization, and API security. • Experience with database design and data modeling. • Understanding of asynchronous programming and distributed systems. Cloud & DevOps • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Experience with Docker and containerized applications. • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines. • Experience with Git and version control. • Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and scalable systems. Databases Experience with one or more of: • PostgreSQL • MySQL • MongoDB • Redis • Other relational or NoSQL databases Experience Requirements • Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience. • Strong experience developing SaaS, web applications, APIs, or enterprise software. • Hands-on experience with Python, TypeScript, and Go. • Experience working with production systems and cloud environments. • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Technical Screening All shortlisted candidates will undergo a technical screening designed to evaluate practical development skills. The assessment will specifically test: • Python programming • TypeScript programming • Go/Golang programming • Backend development • API design and integration • Database concepts • Software architecture • Scalability and performance • Cloud-native development • Problem-solving and debugging Candidates may be required to complete a coding assessment or practical technical assignment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience building commercial SaaS products. • Experience with microservices architecture. • Experience with Kubernetes. • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps. • Experience with event-driven architecture. • Experience integrating third-party APIs and services. • Experience working with AI/ML integrations is a plus.
