Must have skills required: Figma, Inworld Ai, Linear, Webflow, React Native, React Js, mobile, JavaScript, Smarttv, ASR, TTS, Python Stealth Start-up Dummy is Looking for: What You'll Do Own and architect the frontend across web and mobile (iOS & Android) — from design system to production deployment Build the companion app that serves as the primary interface for intelligent home devices Collaborate closely with the AI/voice engineering team to surface real-time ASR and TTS capabilities in seamless user experiences Define frontend standards, performance benchmarks, and component architecture from the ground up (0 → 1) Work directly with the founder and US team on product direction, design decisions, and technical strategy Drive performance optimisation — latency, responsiveness, and offline capability matter deeply in a smart home context Contribute to hiring and building out the frontend function as the company scales What We're Looking For Must-Haves 4-8 years of frontend engineering experience, with mid to senior-level tenure at a top-tier product company Deep expertise in React and TypeScript for web; React Native or Swift/Kotlin for mobile Proven track record shipping consumer-facing products at scale — you've owned the full frontend of something people actually use. Strong eye for design and UX — you can translate complex functionality into clean, intuitive interfaces Experience building real-time or event-driven UIs (WebSockets, streaming responses, live state management) Ability to work autonomously — you don't need to be told what to do, you identify problems and solve them end to end Comfortable with ambiguity and fast pace; startup 0-to-1 experience strongly preferred Strong Bonus Experience at companies like Figma, Webflow, Inworld AI, Linear, Vercel, or similar high-bar product companies Exposure to voice AI, ASR/TTS interfaces, or audio-driven UX Experience with hardware companion apps or IoT device interfaces (smart home, wearables, consumer electronics) Background in performance-critical frontends — animation, WebGL, canvas rendering, or similar Rust or systems-level programming familiarity (the broader eng team works in Rust) Design system architecture experience — building from scratch, not inheriting Tech Stack Web: React, TypeScript, Next.js / Vite, TailwindCSS or CSS-in-JS Mobile: React Native (primary) and/or native iOS (Swift) / Android (Kotlin) Real-time: WebSockets, streaming APIs, state management (Zustand / Jotai / Redux) Backend integration: RESTful & GraphQL APIs, LLM/voice AI endpoints Tooling: Figma (design handoff), GitHub, modern CI/CD pipelines (Nice to have) Rust — the AI/voice team uses it heavily Interview Process L1: Technical discussion — frontend architecture, system design, past projects L2: Product + design sensibility round — how you think about user experience L3: Culture & vision fit with CEO How to apply for this opportunity?
