About the Role React development for mobile and web based products in a fast-scaling healthtech company. Take initiative and drive execution from day one – we’re hiring immediately. Responsibilities Lead in-house development and technical implementation across React Native (mobile) and React.js (web) interfaces Experience with HTML, CSS, Tailwind and Angular Interpret product and business requirements into scalable, maintainable code Own and drive system architecture decisions, ensuring performance, modularity, and efficiency Collaborate with external stakeholders and internal team to align tech roadmap with timelines Contribute to building internal tech culture and, eventually, mentor or grow a small team Experience & Skills Required 4+ years of experience in react and react native development Strong proficiency in React.js, React Native and TypeScript Familiarity with AWS and secure cloud-first deployments Experience building cross-platform apps with shared codebases Nice to Have Familiarity with GDPR, healthcare compliance, or HL7/FHIR standards
