Quick Facts Role: Senior Full-Stack Developer (React + Node / C#) Focus: Backup, disaster recovery, and IT resilience applications Work style: Remote collaboration with international teams (primarily UK) Availability: 7.5 hours/day aligned with UK business hours Rate: Up to 150 PLN/h NET + VAT on B2B (depending on experience) Description Develop and maintain client applications in the backup, disaster recovery, and IT resilience domain. Build frontend features using React and TypeScript , and backend services/REST APIs using C#/.NET or Node.js . Own the application lifecycle from development and deployment to production support and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Develop and maintain customer-facing applications for backup, disaster recovery, and IT resilience Create frontend solutions with React and TypeScript Build backend services and REST API in C#/.NET or Node.js Work with SQL Server or Azure SQL and Microsoft Azure Modernize prototypes and legacy systems into secure, scalable, production-ready solutions Take responsibility for applications from development through implementation, production support, and further development Work with automated tests, code review, and CI/CD Use AI-enabled tools supporting development Benefits Remote work with international engineering teams (mainly UK) Work aligned to UK business hours (7.5 hours/day) B2B contract rate up to 150 PLN/h NET + VAT depending on experience Opportunity to modernize legacy/prototypes into secure, scalable production solutions
