Who are we looking for?
Designation : Senior UX Designer
Experience Range : 5+ years
What is the work?
Lead client interactions to understand business goals, present UI directions, and manage feedback loops.
Own the end-to-end UX and UI design process by creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI.
Deliver clean, modern, high-quality interface visuals with strong attention to detail.
Blend user needs with business goals to create intuitive and user-centric experiences.
Collaborate closely with developers by providing detailed design specifications and supporting the implementation process.
Build and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and style libraries.
Iterate and refine designs based on client or user feedback while maintaining design quality and consistency.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
5-10 years of experience in UI/UX & visual design (agency experience preferred).
Strong portfolio of responsive websites, apps, and clean visual work.
Hands-on experience using Figma for UI design, wireframing, prototyping, and design collaboration.
Proficiency in the Adobe Suite for creating high-quality visual designs and assets.
Experience working with Claude Design and modern AI-assisted design tools.
Hands-on experience with prototyping tools to create interactive user experiences.
Good understanding of HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with development teams.
Experience with Lottie for creating interface animations. (Optional Bonus)
Experience with Webflow or Framer for website design and development. (Optional Bonus)
Understanding of International client expectations and fast-paced iterations.
Strong communication and presentation abilities in English.
Ability to balance multiple projects efficiently and mentor junior designers.
