Job Title: Sr UX/UI Designer Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time (6-Month Contract) Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST Job summary: Modernizing legacy enterprise applications to a latest. The project involves building a scalable, reusable Design System as the foundation for consistent user experiences across all applications. Roles & Responsibilities Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders and document workflows, pain points, and requirements. Build and maintain a reusable component library in Figma with design tokens (colors, typography, spacing). Design 8-10 high-fidelity screens per day for web and admin applications. Create interactive prototypes for stakeholder validation. Ensure all designs are ADA/WCAG 2.2 AA compliant. Prepare developer handoff packages (Figma specs, assets, documentation). Present designs to stakeholders and incorporate feedback. Required Skills Design Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototypes) Design Systems: Experience building and scaling component libraries from scratch UX/UI Design: Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise application design Accessibility: Deep understanding of WCAG 2.2 AA standards Research & Discovery: Experience conducting user research, stakeholder interviews, and documenting findings Collaboration: Comfortable working in distributed teams (US and India time zones) Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills
