About the role Help make QBYSS’s website and internal digital tools clear and easy to use. You’ll understand user needs, design practical journeys and collaborate with developers to improve the experience from first concept to implementation. What you’ll do · Gather user needs and map journeys for agreed design problems. · Create wireframes, interface designs and interactive prototypes. · Organise information so technical and business content is easy to navigate. · Run lightweight usability reviews and turn feedback into design improvements. · Prepare design specifications and review implementation with developers. What we’re looking for · A portfolio showing your design process and the reasoning behind decisions. · Proficiency with Figma or a comparable interface design tool. · Understanding of usability, responsive layouts and accessibility basics. · Clear communication and willingness to revise designs based on evidence. Useful but not essential · Experience conducting user interviews or usability tests. · Familiarity with design systems or basic HTML and CSS.
