About the job: Title: UI Lead Developer – Innovation Lab Location: Bengaluru, India Work Model: Hybrid Experience: 7–12 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Intuitive.ai is looking for a UI Lead Developer with UX knowledge to join our Innovation Lab and build modern UI experiences for our AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, SaaS, and Application Modernization products. This is a hands-on leadership role for a strong React/TypeScript developer with good UX understanding and experience driving UI unification and Micro Frontend (MFE) initiatives across multiple applications using a multi-repo approach. Key Responsibilities Lead hands-on development of scalable React/TypeScript applications. Mentor junior UI developers. Design and implement Micro Frontend (MFE) solutions using Module Federation, Vite, single-spa, or similar technologies. Establish multi-repo development and independent deployment patterns for UI modules. Drive UI unification across products through reusable components, design systems, themes, and common UI patterns. Work closely with Product, UX/UI, Backend, AI, and DevOps teams. Translate UX designs and product requirements into reusable, intuitive UI experiences. Integrate React applications with REST APIs and Python/FastAPI backend services. Mentor UI developers and establish coding, testing, and performance best practices. Support CI/CD and independent deployment of front-end modules. Required Skills 7–12 years of front-end development experience. Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS. Production experience with Micro Frontends and multi-repository applications. Experience with Module Federation, Vite, Webpack, or similar technologies. Strong understanding of reusable components and design systems. Good knowledge of state management and REST API integration. Good understanding of UX, responsive design, accessibility, and UI consistency. Experience working with Python/FastAPI or similar backend services is a plus. Strong Git, CI/CD, code-review, and mentoring experience. Good to Have Experience with Figma UX tool. Experience building UI for AI/GenAI or enterprise SaaS products. Cloud experience with AWS. Experience with UI performance monitoring and observability.
