UX & UI Engineer

Role Description The UX & UI Engineer will design and refine intuitive, user-centered interfaces for our AI-powered health app. Responsibilities include creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into engaging user experiences, and conducting user research and usability testing to validate design decisions. The role involves establishing and maintaining design systems, ensuring visual consistency across platforms, and optimizing interfaces for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless, secure, and trusted healthcare experience for users. Qualifications Strong UX design skills, including user research, journey mapping, information architecture, and interaction design. Proficiency in UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, with experience creating responsive, mobile-first interfaces. Experience collaborating with developers and product teams, and familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to ensure feasible and implementable designs. Knowledge of accessibility standards, usability best practices, and design systems for consistent, inclusive digital experiences. A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, from discovery to final implementation in consumer-facing applications. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work on-site in the Mohali district, communicate clearly, and contribute effectively in a multidisciplinary environment. Experience in health-tech, AI-driven products, or data-intensive applications is highly beneficial.
