About VISCR AI
VISCR AI is building NiKi, an agentic AI platform that automates and governs enterprise security operations. We're an early-stage, fast-moving startup working with enterprise customers who are piloting our platform today. You'd be joining a founding-stage team that has built security products at SRI, VMware, Barracuda Networks, HP R&D, Plume, Cohesity, and Visa, and design is central to how we make complex security genuinely usable.
The Role
We're looking for a product-minded UX Designer to own the user experience of a sophisticated enterprise platform and make the complex feel effortless. You'll turn intricate security and automation workflows into interfaces that security teams actually enjoy using. This is high-ownership work in a demanding startup environment, ideal for someone who wants their design decisions to directly shape a product, not sit in a queue.
Our primary need is enterprise product UX. If you also bring graphic-design and marketing-visual strength, this role gives you room to shape the brand across everything from the product to the pitch deck.
What you'll do — core (product UX)
Own the end-to-end design process: research, user flows, journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
Translate complex security and automation workflows into intuitive, elegant interfaces for desktop, mobile, and responsive web.
Conduct user research to understand pain points, behaviors, and needs.
Conduct usability testing; turn qualitative and quantitative feedback into design decisions.
Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and founders, from concept through a clean design-to-development handoff.
Ensure consistency in UI elements, typography, and color across all platforms.
Maintain and grow our design system for consistency across the product.
Iterate quickly on real customer feedback from live enterprise pilots.
Stay current with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices, and bring fresh ideas to the team.
What you'll also do — brand & marketing design
Work with the marketing team to design posters, infographics, flyers, and banners for weekly social media campaigns.
Create visual assets for blogs, articles, case studies, and marketing content to boost engagement.
Develop graphics and animations for video content, strengthening storytelling across platforms.
Design compelling presentations for technical and non-technical audiences, including investor decks and event materials.
Produce marketing collateral, brochures, banners, booth graphics, email templates, and support exhibition prep.
Bring motion design or micro-interactions to product and content storytelling (a strong plus).
Additional responsibilities
Organize and maintain design files and assets with proper documentation for accessibility.
Work collaboratively with the R&D team and founders, incorporating feedback and contributing to team projects effectively.
This role blends UX, graphic design, and marketing, an exciting opportunity to shape brand visuals across digital and offline platforms.
What success looks like in your first 6 months
Months 1–2: You've learned the product and our users, audited the current experience, and identified the highest-impact areas to improve.
Months 3–6: You've shipped your first redesigned workflows, validated with pilot customers, and established and are maintaining the design system, with your work visibly shaping both the product and how we present VISCR AI to customers and investors.
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience as a UX Designer, ideally for enterprise or B2B software, in a startup or fast-paced environment.
By "years of experience" we mean full-time industry experience after graduation. Substantial internship experience is valued and welcome to discuss, but counted separately from full-time experience.
A portfolio that shows your UX process from research to shipped product, this matters more to us than any credential.
Proficiency in Figma (our primary tool), and comfort with Adobe and AI-assisted design tools.
A design or HCI degree is a plus.
Marketing or brand-design experience is a strong plus.
Skills
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
Experience conducting usability testing and turning data into actionable insights.
Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality designs.
Compensation
₹9–15 LPA, based on experience and portfolio strength (typically ₹10–13 LPA for a strong 2–4 year candidate).
We're happy to discuss expectations early so we're aligned from the first conversation.
Why join
Own the experience of a category-defining enterprise AI security product from the ground up.
Work directly with experienced founders and a technical team, with real influence over the product.
See your work in front of enterprise customers now, not years from now.
We're building for the long term and value designers who want to grow with us over several years.
Ready to make complex security feel simple? Bring your UX craft and a portfolio that shows your thinking, and let's build something exceptional.
