UX Writer / Content Designer (In-App Product Experience)

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in User Experience, Technology, Engineering courses or equivalent preferred. Responsibilities: Write clear and concise content across multiple touch points (including labels, navigational elements, dialog boxes, menus, email templates, tutorials, notifications). Drive consensus across teams and advocate for solutions that balance the needs of multiple stakeholders. Ensure consistency is maintained across the application. Review business requirements to create copy that fits. Participate in the product development process to ensure the design is intuitive. Conduct competitor analysis and user research to inform content strategy. Optimize and refine existing copy based on changing requirements. Create and maintain a content style guide and rationale documentation for in-app content standards. Requirements And Skills Minimum 4+ years of experience in in-app content (UX) writing. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Working knowledge of UX and digital content principles. (Preferred) Basic Knowledge Of Figma. Knowledge of accessibility standards (Preferred) Experience working with B2B and Cat digital, construction/mining/Energy & Transportation industries.
