Role Description The Web UI (ReactJS) - Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi. This role involves leading a front-end development team to design, build, and maintain responsive web user interfaces using ReactJS and modern web technologies. The Team Lead will collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into scalable, high-performing UI components, ensuring consistent design standards and optimal user experience. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and refining UI architecture, conducting code reviews, mentoring team members, managing task allocation and sprint execution, and implementing best practices for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. The role also requires proactive communication with stakeholders, troubleshooting UI issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes and tools. Qualifications Strong front-end engineering skills, including experience in Front-End Development, Web Development, and ReactJS-based application architecture. Proficiency in Web Design and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), with the ability to create responsive, accessible, and visually consistent user interfaces. Ability to leverage Web Analytics to understand user behavior, optimize UI flows, and support data-informed design and product decisions. Proven experience leading development teams, including task planning, code reviews, mentoring, and collaboration within an Agile or Scrum environment. Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, state management (e.g., Redux or similar), RESTful APIs, and integration with backend services. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), build tools, and CI/CD pipelines for front-end projects. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality code within agreed timelines. Effective communication skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
