Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how cancellations and refunds are handled for IOCombats Pro subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.
1. Subscription Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed either monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you select at checkout. Your billing date is set on the day you first subscribe and renews on the same date each cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid billing period, at which point your account reverts to the Free tier. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time remaining in a billing cycle, except within the 7-day refund window described in Section 3.
3. Full Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for that subscription. This applies to first-time subscribers only. Refund requests received after 7 days from the initial payment date will not be eligible for a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible window:
- Email us at team.iocombats@gmail.com with the subject line: Refund Request — [your registered email]
- Include your registered email address and the date of payment in the email body.
- We will review and process eligible refund requests within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
5. Refund Abuse
IOCombats reserves the right to deny refund requests from accounts that show a pattern of subscribe-then-refund behaviour. Repeated refund requests may result in permanent ineligibility for refunds and may lead to account suspension.
