Frontend Developer

Job Title: Frontend Developer (Pharma Domain) Employment Type: Full time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer with strong hands-on coding expertise to design and develop modern, scalable, and responsive web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in frontend technologies and a proven background working in the Pharmaceutical domain supporting regulated applications and digital health platforms. This role requires close collaboration with UX designers, backend developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of professional experience in Frontend Development. Strong hands-on experience with React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with modern frontend frameworks, state management (Redux/Context API), and component-based architecture. Strong knowledge of REST APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services. Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility (WCAG). Familiarity with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Vite, Babel, and npm/yarn. Experience with version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Pharma Domain Experience (Mandatory) Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry. Experience developing applications supporting: Clinical Trials Drug Safety/Pharmacovigilance Regulatory Affairs Medical Affairs Quality & Compliance Commercial Pharma Solutions Understanding of GxP, FDA, or other regulated healthcare environments. Experience working with validated systems and compliance requirements is highly preferred. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise-grade frontend applications using React.js and TypeScript. Translate UI/UX designs into clean, reusable, and maintainable code. Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and optimize application performance. Ensure responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces. Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality. Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Follow coding standards, security best practices, and regulatory compliance requirements. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Next.js or similar modern React frameworks. Familiarity with Material UI, Tailwind CSS, or other component libraries. Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms. Experience with GraphQL is a plus. Understanding of OAuth, SSO, and authentication/authorization mechanisms. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
