Frontend React.js Developer (Startup Opportunity)

Role Description The Frontend React.js Developer (Startup Opportunity) is a full-time, on-site role based in Nellore. This role involves building and maintaining responsive user interfaces using React.js, ensuring smooth and intuitive experiences for patients and clinic staff. The developer will translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code, optimize application performance, and collaborate with back-end developers and healthcare stakeholders to integrate APIs and data workflows. Daily tasks include implementing new features, fixing bugs, writing clean and reusable components, participating in code reviews, and contributing to the technical direction of emerging digital products for the practice. The role also includes close collaboration with non-technical team members to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet clinical and operational needs. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Candidates should possess skills in state management such as Redux.js and familiarity with component-based architecture. Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Back-End Web Development and Software Development principles to collaborate effectively with full-stack teams. Candidates should possess understanding of web standards, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and basic UI/UX concepts. Relevant qualifications include experience with RESTful APIs, Git version control, and debugging tools. Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in healthcare or clinic management systems, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a startup-like environment. A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
