The developer will be responsible for converting designs into a modern, responsive, SEO-friendly website using React/Next.js while ensuring high performance and an exceptional user experience. The role will work closely with the Marketing team for design implementation and collaborate with the Technology team to adhere to coding standards, deployment processes, and security requirements. Key Responsibilities Website Development Develop a responsive 14-page corporate website from approved Figma designs. Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready webpages. Build reusable, scalable UI components using React/Next.js. Implement responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Develop navigation, forms, CTAs, animations, and interactive website elements. Website Optimization Optimize website performance and page loading speed. Follow SEO-friendly coding practices. Ensure cross-browser compatibility. Implement accessibility best practices. Marketing Integrations Integrate HubSpot forms and lead capture functionality. Implement Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing tracking scripts. Connect website forms with the designated CRM or marketing platform. Collaboration Work closely with the Marketing team to implement website requirements and design updates. Coordinate with the Technology team to follow coding standards, GitHub workflows, deployment processes, and security requirements. Required Skills React.js Next.js HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript (ES6+) TypeScript (preferred) Tailwind CSS (preferred) Git/GitHub Experience converting Figma designs into production-ready websites Responsive web development Basic technical SEO implementation Deliverables The Successful Candidate Will Deliver A fully coded, responsive 14-page corporate website. Pixel-perfect implementation of approved Figma designs. Reusable component-based code. SEO-friendly code structure. HubSpot-integrated forms. Google Analytics and GTM implementation. Responsive design across all devices. Clean, documented code ready for deployment by the Technology team. Project Timeline Initial Build Phase: Estimated 6–8 weeks for the core 14-page website. Commitment: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Ongoing Role Following successful completion of the initial website build, the developer will continue in a full-time capacity supporting ongoing website maintenance, campaign landing pages, performance enhancements, bug fixes, feature updates, and future web development initiatives for the Marketing team.
