About The Role We're hiring two Senior Fullstack Developers who will also assume Team Lead responsibilities. This role is designed for individuals seeking ownership over a scalable product, rather than merely executing tickets. The successful candidates will work in a US-aligned shift with a remote/WFH setup, providing flexibility and the opportunity to lead critical projects from anywhere. This position requires someone who can make decisions swiftly, operate independently, and take accountability for project outcomes during US hours when the rest of the organization may be offline. The role offers a unique chance to influence the technical direction of key initiatives and mentor junior developers, contributing significantly to the company's growth and success. Qualifications The ideal candidates should possess 4 to 6 years of robust IT and product development experience, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership on scalable projects. Proven leadership experience, whether formal or informal, is essential, along with a track record of mentoring and guiding developers. Candidates must be decisive, proactive, and comfortable making judgment calls independently to ensure project momentum. A minimum commitment of two years is expected, reflecting stability and dedication. Additionally, candidates should have a proper WFH setup, including reliable internet, backup power, and a dedicated workspace suitable for focused work during US hours. Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of scalable, production-grade projects, including architecture decisions, ensuring high code quality, and adhering to delivery timelines. Lead and mentor a small team of developers, conducting code reviews, resolving blockers, and elevating the team’s technical standards. Collaborate directly with US-based stakeholders during shift hours, making independent decisions when leadership is not immediately available. Take full accountability for project outcomes, proactively identifying risks, raising issues early, and driving resolutions without waiting for instructions. Ensure the technical integrity and performance of the product, continuously seeking improvements and optimizations. Participate in planning, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure smooth project execution.
