We ’ re looking for a Senior User Experience Designer who can balance thoughtfulness with agility, product and business understanding with craftsmanship, and attention to detail with the ability to move fast. You ’ ll work in a fast-paced product environment and see your designs move from early ideas to the hands of millions of users. You ’ ll get real-time feedback, learn from actual travell er behaviour, and shape experiences across one of India ’ s top travel platforms.
We ’ re also looking for someone who is curious about how design is evolving. You don ’ t need to be an AI expert, but you should have a basic understanding of popular AI tools and how they can support modern design workflows - from research synthesis and ideation to prototyping, content exploration, visual references, and documentation.

What You ’ Ll Be Doing
Design smooth, intuitive travel experiences across different lines of business such as Flights, Hotels, Holidays, Cabs, Buses, Trains, and more.
Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, researchers, engineers, business teams, and analytics partners on India ’ s top travel app.
Understand the user experience strategy for a product and drive design solutions based on usability, consistency, business goals, time to market, and customer experience.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, prototypes, and process flows to effectively communicate interaction design ideas.
Use insights from research, data, user feedback, and experiments to improve usability, conversion, trust, and customer satisfaction.
Stay aware of the latest mobile and desktop design guidelines, platform conventions, accessibility expectations, interaction patterns, and industry trends.
Use AI tools thoughtfully to improve speed, exploration, research synthesis, content iteration, prototyping, and design documentation.
Contribute to Cosmos, our design system, by creating scalable patterns and maintaining consistency across products and platforms.
What You ’ ll Bring to the Team
4-6 years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or experience design, preferably in consumer internet, travel, e-commerce, fintech, mobility, or marketplace products.
An in-depth understanding of design patterns across iOS, Android, mobile web, and desktop platforms.
Awareness of current design trends, platform guidelines, accessibility standards, and evolving user expectations across mobile and desktop experiences.
Strong product thinking and the ability to combine user needs, business context, technology constraints, and design craft to shape outcomes.
Proven expertise in end-to-end UX design, combining visual mastery and interaction design with high-fidelity prototyping and micro-interactions.
A practical understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Cursor, Figma AI, or similar tools, and how they can be used responsibly in the design process.
A strong portfolio that shows your design process, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and impact on shipped products.
Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter who can drive progress with clarity, ownership, and collaboration.
Expertise in Figma and familiarity with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or other visual design, prototyping, and wire framing tools.
Clear communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions to cross-functional teams.
