We're looking for a passionate Software Engineer to build scalable enterprise applications while contributing to our next-generation Agentic AI platform. Role Overview As a Software Engineer, you'll work on Gappify's core enterprise platform using Java, React, and MySQL, while also contributing to our rapidly evolving Agentic AI platform by integrating LLMs, AI tooling, and modern automation technologies. You'll play a key role in delivering scalable enterprise applications and ensuring high platform reliability. What You'll Do Develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java (Quarkus), React (TypeScript), and MySQL. Design and optimize scalable backend services and high-performance database solutions. Contribute to Gappify's Agentic AI platform by integrating LLMs, AI tooling, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) capabilities. Investigate and resolve P0/P1 production incidents while ensuring platform stability and SLA compliance. Write clean, scalable, and testable code while participating in code reviews and engineering best practices. Contribute to CI/CD improvements and modern software development standards. What We're Looking For 3–5 years of professional Full Stack software development experience. Strong hands-on expertise in Java, React, and MySQL. Experience building production-grade web applications. Exposure to LLMs, OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI, AI tooling, or Agentic AI workflows. Strong understanding of REST APIs, Git, distributed systems, and containerized deployments. Experience supporting or troubleshooting production applications is highly desirable.
